Reviewed by qype review on 2011-02-15 19:27:27 I have used Britannia for my mortgages, savings and current account in the past and they’ve always been so helpful. The staff at this branch are really good, very knowledgeable and when I recently had a problem with my mortgage payments, also very understanding. There have been a lot of staff changes over the last 2 or 3 years, but there are still others who have been working there for 10-20 years and it’s so nice to be able to walk in and be recognised and remembered from previous visits, something that doesn’t really happen with most high street banks nowadays. Britannia is a still a mutual, and they have a great scheme called Members Rewards where you get a loyalty bonus representing a share of the society profits. The amount you get is points based, depending on which products you hold with them and also how long you’ve been with them too. It’s great to be rewarded just for having my mortgage/insurance/savings with them, it’s a little extra bonus paid out in February that I really look forward to! 5
